1. Service
qrafx Studio produces AI model and product imagery for fashion brands. Members first leave a free demo request; the crew prepares and delivers the demo. If approved, the account is upgraded and job requests can be opened.
2. Membership
You are responsible for keeping sign-up details accurate and current. Do not share account credentials. Accounts may be suspended in case of abuse.
3. Uploaded content
You confirm you own or are licensed to use the product photos you upload. Content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful or inappropriate may not be uploaded.
4. Pricing and payment
The demo is free. Job requests are reviewed by the crew; once approved, the total is calculated per frame at the published rate and shown in the panel. No online payment is taken; payment is made by the method agreed with the crew, and production starts once received.
5. Delivery and rights
Delivered frames are downloaded from the panel. For paid jobs, usage rights to the produced frames belong to the customer; qrafx Studio does not use your frames for promotion without explicit permission. Images are deleted 24 hours after the first download; downloading in time is the member's responsibility.
6. Revisions
Revision requests can be opened from the panel for delivered frames. Reasonable requests are handled at no extra charge; out-of-scope changes may count as a new job.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. qrafx Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from the member's use of the frames. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
