What we collect
Business name, full name, phone, email and store URL given at sign-up; product photos and preferences uploaded in the panel; technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To run demo and job requests, contact you, produce and deliver frames and keep your panel secure. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
Image processing
Your product photos are used only for your job; never for other customers, promotion or model training without your explicit permission. Production runs on AI infrastructure abroad with your explicit consent.
Retention and deletion
Images you send and receive are deleted automatically 24 hours after the first download. Membership data is kept until you request deletion at info@qrafx.com.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access is restricted by authorisation and panel sessions are protected. No system is flawless; in the event of a breach you will be informed within legal deadlines.
